Update on Trey

Most everyone knows that Trey underwent surgery last week (Tuesday) on his leg (heel chord, hamstring, and rectus/quad muscle), also his adenoids were removed for the second time, and he had tubes put back in his ears, and botox in his left arm. He did great and is doing great now! We were in the hospital for 48 hours. The doctor ordered PT while we were there on the second day but Trey had nothing to do with it. The ENT said that his adenoids had blocked his nasal passages 80%. Trey came home with a wheelchair.

On Saturday he decided that he was going to walk. He was very wobbly but once he started walking, I haven't gotten him to stop! We had PT for the first time since the surgery today and they therapist thought that Trey was doing a great job!!!! He is in a full leg cast (left leg) and it will come off and be replaced with a half leg cast in 3 weeks. We only have to use the wheelchair now if there will be a lot of walking or activities.

He still cries in his sleep that his leg hurts but during the day he is fine and doesn't complain about the pain.

Please keep praying for him. Thank you all!!!

Game night with Daddy

Emily is at a spend the night party tonight so Trey and Jason decided to play the X Box that Uncle Paul gave to us (thank you, Uncle Paul!!). This is how it ended:
I guess he couldn't "hang" like daddy.

Playing guitar with Daddy

Trey wanted to play his guitar with Jason on Saturday so I thought that I would record some of it and take pictures to share.

Emily's song...Pray

Emily really likes this Christian band by the name of Pure NRG. This is one of their songs...Pray.

Aren't little brothers great?

Of course we can not have a video of Cody and Bart and Emily without having a silly made up song by Trey so here is his:

He was just jibber jabbering. There was something about a doctor but not much more.

Cody's Retainer Six Flag's song

The churches Children's Dept. went to Six Flags yesterday. Cody made a song up about his trip.

Note: No retainers were harmed in the making of this song or at Six Flags, he doesn't have a retainer, this is a made up song.

Then, he wanted his new Bart Simpson doll, from Six Flags to make up a song too and here we are:

The songs were silly, but he had fun, we all had fun.
