So happy!

I wanted to post this on facebook but decided it wasn't time to do so yet. BUT, I am so excited and wanted to post somewhere!!!

At the end of August I started Atkins and lost 4lbs or so. I didn't stick with it but in October I started back. I didn't weigh when I fist started so I don't know how much I lost between the end of August until the beginning of October. But to date I have lost 17lbs! YAY ME!!!!

I can not tell you how happy this makes me. I have been in a situation before where I have had to get someone to go in my closet and pack a bag for me without me being able to see what has been packed, twice. That was almost 9 years ago. For the last several years if anything were to have ever happened that required anyone to go and pack me a bag without me being able to see what is being packed I can not promise that I would have been able to fit in the clothes that might have been packed, most things would have been to small. Now, and I hope it never happens again!!!, I would have to worry if things matched but I wouldn't have to worry about if everything fits.

I am so happy and look forward to more loss and pray that I never see any of that 17lbs again!  I am so thankful to my friend who is Atkins-ing with me.  It has been so easy with her support and guidance.
