Our Christmas

We had a really great Christmas.

Christmas morning we woke up at Aunt Wanda's house. My mom and dad were there, so we were able to wake up Christmas morning with my parents. Trey opened a few gifts that Santa had left him there (there were more at home). Around 10 we left for Birmingham to pick Emily up from her mommy. It was so great to get her back home!!! We stopped in Clanton, on the way to Wetumpka to pick Cody up, and ate Chinese. Then as mentioned we picked Cody up.

We finally made it home around 3:30. We opened gifts. Emily and Cody (and I) got MP3 players for Christmas, so we spent the entire Christmas night loading music into MP3 players. Uncle Paul sent some pretty cool TV plug in games that we also enjoyed Christmas night as a family. Thank you, Uncle Paul and Aunt Christine. Nonna and Papa gave the kids a game system and some movies that we played and watched too.

Yesterday we spent the day with Maw-Maw and Paw-Paw and had Christmas there. Emily and Cody got Nintendo DSs and Trey got a game system too. They have been enjoying them. Trey got his black Spiderman (Venom) costume. He loves it, he loves dressing up! Cody put the model Hummer that he got together today with Jason's help. Emily has been enjoying learning new languages with her computer/notebook--not a real one, but age appropriate one. We also had dinner there and played games.

We had a great holiday season. We enjoyed family time, which is always nice! The tree will be coming down tomorrow and the decorations will be getting put away until next year.
